When asked what the inspiration behind “Midwestplayalisticchevymusik 2 (Side B)” was, Tha Audio Unit was quoted saying, “ I went off of the feel of creating the initial installment of Midwestplayalisticchevymusik”. “It was never in my plans to create a series, but just like that era of music, it became a gradual process“. “ I just felt compelled to keep added to this timeless body of work”.
